The Top of the State Unit of the Backcountry Horsemen of California is based in Etna, California. Many members live in outlying areas primarily in Siskiyou County. Our Public Lands of Interest include the Marble Mountain Wilderness Area, Trinity Alps Wilderness Area, Yolla Bolly Wilderness, as well as several BLM management areas, and county parks.
